Tina’s originality and creativity reflected in a really imaginative, refreshing, mouth-watering modern menu of options to discuss and choose. The vegetarian options were endless and we wanted all of them; amazing range of combinations of flavours we hadn’t seen before. No resisting the deserts when we saw the suggestions!.

Tina was utterly brilliant! We had had such difficulty finding a reliable caterer for our wedding celebration so to find someone so friendly, efficient and willing to listen to what we actually wanted was fantastic. Tina recently catered our village hall wedding. She was fantastic in the run-up – suggesting a great menu, adapting it to our tastes, visiting the venue and advising us what we needed to make the meal run smoothly. On the day, she and her team were amazing – professional but friendly and relaxed which was exactly what we wanted (and was noticed by our guests). The food itself was one of the highlights of the day. It was delicious, a great change from typical wedding food, and is still being talked about by our guests 4 months later. We can’t reccomend her highly enough!

‘Superb food in a homely, glamourous and intimate environment. Tina herself is a natural hostess, wonderfully warm and welcoming – like she’s known you for ages. The food is of an exceptionally high standard and given the numbers she cooks for I don’t know how she manages to get each of the five courses out to guests at the same time – quite an achievement! There are always a variety of characters making for interesting conversation if you choose to participate. Equally its just as easy to enjoy the company of whoever you came with. Having been on my own and with friends, both were just as enjoyable. Attention to details such as home made ammaretti to take home, add the finishing touch to what is always a special evening.’

My partner and I attended Tina’s supperclub not really knowing what to expect. We were immediately greeted by a smiling Tina outside her front door who is an absolute natural host and made us feel immediately comfortable and welcome. The atmosphere she has created in her lounge was fantastic, the service was spot on and the food literally to die for! This was simply the best food we have had in Brighton and we haven’t stopped talking about it to everyone we know since! We will most definitely be returning for more.

What a fabulous evening we had on Friday. I was really blown away by what a tight ship you run. We felt extremely welcome in your beautiful apartment and you were an especially warm hostess. We both thought the food was truly delicious – perfectly balanced with every ingredient allowed to sing on the plate – and all of the guests were delightful. Oh and we loved the accordian!!
