I have been hosting my supper club since September 2011. CanTina has been well reviewed locally and also nationally featured in Grazia, BBC Olive & Stylist magazine as one of the best supper clubs in the UK.
The supper club has offered me an opportunity to get creative in menu planning and to cook things I love to eat and therefore share.
New for 2017 I am hosting a series of ‘Hero suppers’ where each month I devise a menu inspired from a book of one of my favourite chefs or food writers.
I host from my cosy dining space, formerly known as my sitting room and have space for up to 18 guests. Diners are seated over a long sharing table and it is BYO booze and chatter.
